Robe: A beautiful and intense garnet red color
Nose: Typical pinot bouquet with intense notes of Morella cherry, blueberry, blackcurrant with pepper and spice notes. After airing, the wine develops notes of liquorice, musk and old roses.
Palate: Homogenous, ample with a long and intense finish. The wine mixes power, fineness and balance.
Food Matches: Ham in parsley,game,cheese,rabbit in a mustard sauce.
