Varietals: Grenache (50%), Syrah (45%), Mourvdre(5%).
 
TASTING NOTES :
 
Robe: Deep garnet red.
Nose: Notes of ripe black fruits, liquorice with aromatic and spicy hints.
Palate: Structured and well-bodied, with a nice and long finish. 
Well-balanced and very pleasant wine.
Food match: Red and white meats, strong cheese.
Serving temperature: 16°C - 18°C
